Spirit of Cape May policies:

Non-refundable, but it is possible to reschedule.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded however as we understand that plans can change our customer service agents will try to help you reschedule within the time of your stay. If you cannot visit us during the time of your stay your ticket may be used in the future as a purchased ticket does not expire ever.

Weather Policy

Activity may be cancelled due to severe weather.
The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the seller may cancel the activity up to an hour before the start time in the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions. If the seller cancels the event, ticket-holders will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event.

Other Policies

Attendees must be 21 years or older with valid identification.
On our cocktail cruise all participants must be 21 years or older with valid identification. Acceptable forms of ID include state-issued drivers licenses, state-issued non-drivers licenses, Military IDs, Passports or Alien Residential Cards. All passengers will need to show proof of age to board the Spirit of Cape May Cocktail Cruise. No refunds will be given to minors.

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
Advance purchase is recommended, and trips often sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please buy your tickets well in advance. Tickets can only be purchased with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

What happens if it rains?
We sail rain or shine. If there is severe weather (such as a hurricane) that would force us to cancel the trip, you would be able to reschedule your tickets subject to availability or receive credit for a future trip.

Are children allowed?
Of course! Children of all ages are allowed on our cruises. Children ages 7 to 12 have a reduced priced ticket, and children 6 years of age and under are free with an accompanying adult (one free child per adult).

Is this cruise suitable for pregnant women?
The boat is extremely stable and should not pose any problem for pregnant women. In fact, we have had many pregnant women cruise with us in the past without incident! If you are in the last trimester of your pregnancy, we usually suggest checking with your doctor prior to sailing just to be safe.

Are there any group discounts?
Yes! The group rate for this trip is $15 per person. You must have at least 25 people in your party to qualify for this group discount (no matter what age). Special private group charter pricing is available for this trip as well. Click on the "Contact this seller" link to find out more about private charters.

If this trip is sold out can I get on a waiting list?
Unfortunately we do not have waiting lists for our trips. If the date and time you want is sold out, please choose another date and time from the schedule for this activity.

How early should I arrive to check in before the trip?
For all of our trips, please arrive 15-30 minutes before departure. Allow for traffic when traveling long distances during peak times. The trip departs promptly at the scheduled start time

Dinner Cruise FAQs

What happens if it rains?
In the case of mild rain or other moderate weather conditions we will still go out. In the event of severe or unsafe weather we would have to cancel, and you will be able to reschedule your tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future trip.

Are children allowed?
Yes. There is a reduced price child ticket which will include pizza and hot dogs. Children under the age of 6 ride for free (only one free child per paying adult).

Is this cruise suitable for pregnant women?

How much time is between the dinner cruise and the cocktail cruise?
There is just one hour between the two cruises. You could simply stay on board during this time or visit one of the 7 nearby bars at the Marina district. You will just need to present your dinner cruise ticket and photo identification to get on the cocktail cruise free of charge (subject to availability of course).

Cocktail Party Cruise Refund/Rescheduling Policy

Non-refundable, cannot be rescheduled.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be rescheduled because your space is being guaranteed at the event.
